Common PCT dosing people use

Light suppression

• 20 mg/day x 4 weeks

Very common setup

• 40/40/20/20 mg (weeks 1–4)

Sometimes

• 20/20/20/20 is enough

When people start it

Usually after esters clear:

• Short esters: a few days
• Long esters: ~10–14 days often discussed

hCG + Tamoxifen

Common approach:

1. Human chorionic gonadotropin first (2–3 weeks sometimes)
2. Then Tamoxifen

A lot of people avoid leaning on hCG alone for full PCT.
